Adding PP / polypropylene fiber into concrete or mortar can prevent cracks. Reasonably control the cracks of concrete and mortar caused by dry crack shrinkage or temperature change, prevent the development of cracks, and improve the crack resistance and impermeability of concrete.
Adding
polypropylene fiber in concrete and mortar can greatly improve the frost resistance, corrosion resistance and abrasion resistance, and reduce the possibility of settlement and cracking.
1、 Instruction, specification and application of polypropylene fiber
1) 2-3mm long fiber
2-3mm long fiber can be used in dry mixed mortar, putty and plastering, which has excellent crack resistance.
2) 6-12mm long fiber
6-12mm long fiber, usually used for plastering, surface course, leveling course, concrete or thermal insulation mortar as base.
3) 19 mm long fiber
19mm long fiber is usually used for all kinds of concrete, and its mixing, transportation, pouring, curing and other processes are the same as those of concrete without fiber.
2、 Usage of polypropylene fiber
1) Anti crack putty
Adopt 2-3mm long fiber, crack resistant putty per ton, add polypropylene fiber 0.5-1.0kg. According to the actual demand, the longer length of fiber can be applied appropriately or the amount of fiber can be increased slightly.
2) Bottom mortar (the maximum particle of aggregate is less than 1 mm)
Use 6-12mm long fiber, in principle, 1kg cement with 3G fiber. When the cement content of each cubic meter of mortar is below 400 kg, the minimum amount of fiber is 1.2 kg per cubic meter; When the cement content is more than 400 kg, increase the demand of 3 G fiber according to the increase of 1 kg cement, and increase the use of fiber.
3) In general, concrete members, finished products and floor slabs for structures are as follows:
When 19 mm long fiber is used and the cement content of concrete is 350 kg per cubic meter, the minimum amount of fiber is 0.9 kg per cubic meter; When the cement content of each cubic meter of concrete is more than 350 kg, the fiber consumption will be increased according to the demand of increasing 2 g fiber for each additional kg of cement.
