Polypropylene Macro fibers - PP macro fiber for concrete
Polypropylene Macro fibers are made by 100% virgin polypropylene by specila technology as a kind of synthetic fiber ,which has a thickness diameter from 0.3mm -1.5mm with different shape ,like embossed, straight, waved and so on . Its special shape improves the bonding force with concrete, and meantime it has the features of high tengsile strength,high modulus and easy dispersion ,which greatly improve the crack resistance of concrete, improves the disadvantage of low tengsile strength ,low ultimate elongation and brittleness of concrete ,and prolongs the service life of concrete project . Compared with steel fibers, polypropylene macro fiber has the light weight, corrosion resistance,easy dispersion, small dosage and no abrase on equipments . They are widely used in concrete projects instead of steel fibers as secondary reinforcement .
